Products I Love

OK - I found something else just recently that I absolutely love. It is the web site The Daily Plate. You can quickly and easily keep track of what you eat as well as your exercise - giving you a quick glance at calories in and calories out. You can look up any food and keep a log for yourself. This is particularly helpful when creating a dish - it can be hard to tell how many grams of protein, fat, carbs, etc.... are in something once I am done with it. With this wonderful site I can just plug in all of the ingredients and it figures it out for me. I can also enter my exercise and it will track that for me as well. And best of all - it's FREE!
